These are the terms for work you agree with me, Paul Lamborn, trading as Born Creative, in Runcorn. Email paul@borncreative.uk or call 07885 550036.

Website

A website is £595, once, for up to 5 pages. You own it: your domain, your site and your files. A shop, bookings or extra pages are quoted separately.

The Google plan

The Google plan is £149 a month. Hosting and small website updates are included. There’s no setup fee.

Founding price: £99 a month, locked for 12 months, for the first 10 trades I take on. After those 12 months it goes to £149 a month. The founding price doesn’t come with a free month. You get the lower price and the 90-day guarantee instead. One offer per client.

There’s a 3-month minimum from your first paid month. After that you can cancel any time, with no notice. The month you’ve already paid for runs to its end. I don’t refund part months.

Free first month with a website

Buy a website and your first month of the Google plan is free. I don’t take card details upfront. Cancel by text, WhatsApp or email before day 28 and you pay nothing for that month. This offer is only for website buyers, not the founding price.

Hosting

Hosting is £15 a month or £150 a year if you only have a website. It’s free on the Google plan, including the £99 founding price. That covers your security certificate, contact form, backups and keeping the site online. It doesn’t cover your domain. Your domain is registered in your name and you pay its renewal direct.

The 90-day guarantee

I measure your Google Business Profile calls, direction requests and website clicks, added together. I compare days 61 to 90 with the 30 days before work started. If that total isn’t up, I work free for up to 3 more months. That’s the limit. I don’t promise a position on Google.
